Helen Langley Naples has been serving with the HUG Project Thailand since 2016. HUG is a Northern Thai word, meaning ‘love’, and the project exists to support survivors of child sexual abuse and human trafficking. Ms. Naples serves as Project Administrator and Assistant to the Director. Prior to working with HUG, Ms. Naples owned and operated a small business in North Carolina for 25 years. She is a retired soccer mom, and current Zumba enthusiast.
Dr. Innocent Justice is a native of Rwanda and came to the U.S. in 2005. He earned a Bachelors Degree from John Wesley University in May 2010, a Master of Divinity from Duke University in May 2013 and a Doctorate in Ministry from Gardner-Webb University in December 2018. He is currently the Pastor of Oak Grove United Methodist Church.
Dr. Shelley Thompkins has over 20 years of experience in market-leading organizations where she has developed and implemented leadership and talent development programs. She holds a Bachelor’s of Arts from Howard University, an MBA from American University, a Masters of Theological Studies from Emory University and a PhD in Business Management from Capella University. She currently works as a Leadership Solutions Partner at the Center for Creative Leadership. She is married to the love of her life, Kurtis Thompkins. In her spare time, she hosts her YouTube cooking channel – Chef Shelley Thompkins, making Simple, Delicious and Healthier recipes. Her mantra has always been to pursue purpose and follow your passion.
